How Clearpath Insurance collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us.

Last updated September 1, 2026

Who we are

This policy applies to Clearpath Insurance and to this website. You can reach us at hello@yourdomain.com, by phone at (816) 555-0140, or by mail at 1200 Main Street, Suite 640, Kansas City, MO 64105.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services.

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and address.
  • Details about the service you are requesting, entered in quote, booking or contact forms.
  • Technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies you allow.
  • Records of our communications with you, including calls, emails and messages.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes or appointments.
  • Deliver, schedule and follow up on the services you request.
  • Send service reminders and, where you have agreed, occasional offers.
  • Improve our website and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as scheduling, payment and email platforms, and only under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within 30 days.

Insurance-specific information

To prepare a quote we may collect information required by carriers, which can include date of birth, driver license numbers, vehicle identification numbers, property details, claims history and a credit-based insurance score where state law permits it.

  • Credit-based insurance scores are obtained through a soft inquiry and do not affect your credit score.
  • Motor vehicle records and loss history reports are ordered only when you ask us to quote that coverage.
  • We share your information with carriers solely to obtain quotes and to service policies you buy.
  • We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or lead aggregators.

Gramm-Leach-Bliley notice

As a licensed insurance agency we are a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to employees who need it to service your account, and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards. This demo site uses sample language; a live agency would publish its own current privacy notice.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

This is a demonstration website. The text above is sample wording for design purposes and is not legal advice.
